The company prides itself as probably the only dedicated pigment dispersions manufacturer catering to the latex products industry.

These pigment dispersions are used extensively for various natural and synthetic lattices products, such as gloves (examination, household, and industrial), extruded latex thread, swim caps, prophylactics, sheeting, balloons, tubing, etc.

With in-depth understanding of the latex technology, the company is able to develop pigment dispersions that are fully compatible with most latex compounds of customers, with virtually zero or very negligible negative effect on the chemical stability of the latex compounds.

There are currently two series for this industry:

• Standard series
• FDA-listed series (conforming to FDA 21 CFR § 178 3297)

Most uniquely, other than offering standard colour shades, the company is able to tailor-make special colour shades requested by customers, either based on actual latex sample or internationally recognized colour charts.

To complete the “ONE STOP SHOP” for latex industry, other than pigment dispersions, the company is also manufacturing the following chemical dispersions commonly used in the latex industry:

• Sulphur
• Zinc oxide (high purity and Sactive)
• Accelerators (ZDEC, ZDBC, DPG, ZMBT, DPTU/DPG composite)
• Antioxidant (Ionox LC or Wingstay-L)
• Auxiliaries (flame retardants based on antimony trioxide)
• Vanillin

Other than standard individual chemical dispersions, composite dispersions based on customers’ formulation can be supplied as well, in the strictest private and confidential information.
