Miscellaneous Industries
Other than above industries, the company is ready to
serve any other industries that need various types of pigment
preparations.
Among the other industries that the company currently serves
are:
1. Polyester industry
This industry includes polyester resin laminated plywood, polyester
resin based solid surface and artificial marble, and fiberglass
reinforced plastic (FRP), including gel coat. Saturated polyester
resin is used as the carrier resin, so extended shelf life of
2 years under well ventilated warehouse is assured.
2. Adhesive
Various colours are available to produce adhesives of vivid colours
and good opacity that differ from the traditional white, transparent
and translucent colours.
3. Water Colours
Grades conforming to EN71: Part III and FDA 21 CFR § 178 3297
are available readily. These dispersions are based on organic
pigments and raw materials that conform to various health regulatory
requirements.
4. PVC Plastisols
Pigment pastes based on phthalates have been developed for use
in PVC plastisols. Other bases are available upon request from
customers.
Both solid colours and metallic colours are available.
5. Polyurethane Foam
Other than the standard colours (blue, green, yellow and pink)
used for identification purposes, the company has developed a
special grade of conductive black dispersion that is used to produce
conductive PU foam for the electronic packaging industry.
These standard colours are suitable for flexible slab stock,
injection grade flexible PU parts and rigid foam for dry flower
arrangement.
6. Wood and Paper Industry
The company supplies special pigment dispersions to the following
wood and paper related products:
- Plywood, particle board and medium density fiberboard (MDF)
for the distinct identification of moisture-resistant grades
and other special grades (flame-retardant, etc.). These colours
include green, red, dark brown, etc.
- Impregnated kraft paper used in the medium and high pressure
laminates. This includes special white for extra bright whiteness
and opacity, black for high jetness and tailor-make colours.
- Carbonless paper. These are specially formulated blue, pink,
yellow and green colours that have good compatibility with the
SBR latex.
7. Textile Printing Industry
The company manufactures a wide range of colours for the textile
printing industry.
Pigments with excellent wash fastness and all-round fastness
properties are selected for use in the manufacturing of this series
of pigment dispersions.
